Refund Policy
We at “Shapes Brow Studio,LLC” believe in providing the best care and service to every Client. Our goal is to ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with our services. However, if for some reason you believe that you are unsatisfied with the service you received. Due to the artistic nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds on services performed but In all fairness, we will gladly work with you in adjusting it to the best of our abilities and within reason.
Refunds are limited to the following situations:
- Services received cannot be refunded, only able to ask for an adjustment within 24 hours of service rendered.
- Error with transaction processing, can only be processed with a proof of service rendered or receipt for a refund.
Please note that, any issues or imperfections should be reported within 24 hours of service rendered, No exceptions! failure to report within given time frame will NULL and void any complaint. So please call or let us know as soon as possible within mentioned time-frame
Scheduling and Cancellations

In all fairness, we have implemented open guest policy, where we refrain from charging no-show fees or late fee. However, As our business heavily relies on all or any customers, we will do our best to accommodate the clients with appointment over walk-ins but for some rare instance where if we are already working on a client we request you understand and wait to be seated next.
